Effective August 2024, All Buyers Must Sign a Buyer's Brokerage Agreement prior to viewing properties.  This is a nationwide law and must be upheld.  During your appointment we will discuss new laws and rules to collect a fee/commission and explain in detail how this works and affects you.  Additionally,  we will discuss financing options, types of loans, down payment assistance programs, type of housing you want to purchase, location, community, inspections, Due Diligence Period, Escrow, etc.
